Validation and regression
QA/regression infrastructure enhancement, new features validation, major and minor releases regression, product performance validation
New product prototypes
Work with product team in developing product prototype, assist customer success (CS) team in alpha/beta customer engagement to get and incorporate product feedback
Training and documentation
Create new feature and product documentation, training contents, common use cases documentation. Train CS team on new features, releases, products.
Tier1 customer acquisition and expansion
Assist CS team to execute POC, develop flow/scripts to integrate product into customer infrastructure, drive customer feedback on features and products
Assist field team to discover and deliver professional services to accelerate land and expand customer base
